I'm Mark - an AI consultant and business leader at LinkedIn, where I help companies adopt new technologies, drive change, and get real results. In my role as a Principal Implementation Consultant, I focus on making complex tools feel intuitive—and on helping people actually use them in ways that save time and deliver value.After being asked to lead an internal AI task force, I helped our 60-person professional services division build smarter workflows using tools like ChatGPT. The impact was real: we saved thousands of hours a year—equivalent to over half a million dollars in reclaimed time and productivity. But more than that, I saw how energized people became when AI was made understandable and approachable.That experience inspired me to start MDS Consulting, where I now work with small businesses, solo professionals, and growing teams to unlock those same benefits.
